job requirements:
1. Have R & D project organization, management work experience, team work and leadership ability; able to organize enterprises, provincial and national R & D projects;
2. Education and educational background: Biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology and related professional or doctoral degree;
3. 2 years of molecular cloning, prokaryotic and eukaryotic protein expression and purification experience (with industry experience is preferred);
4. To master the expression of recombinant protein in Escherichia coli, yeast cells, mammalian cell transient, stable cell lines and insect cells (baculovirus)
5. Master master affinity chromatography, ion exchange, hydrophobic chromatography, molecular sieve and other protein purification technology; skilled operation of AKTA and other equipment.
6. Familiar with SDS-PAGE, WB, ELISA and other protein analysis technology, proficient in protein refolding design and operation. ;
7. Fluent spoken and spoken English, strong English and Chinese writing skills

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for gene cloning, vector construction work;
2. Responsible for prokaryotic and eukaryotic protein expression and purification work;
3. Responsible for stabilizing cell line establishment work.
